増田 由菜
1998年、大分県生まれ。九州産業大学大学院 芸術研究科絵画専攻修了。卒業大学時代より本格的に絵画を学び、愛犬とのお別れをきっかけに、動物をモチーフとした半具象の作品制作を始める。作品は、出会った動物たちと過ごした記憶や、その時々に生まれた感情、そして時間の経過とともに薄れていく存在への思いを主題としている。鮮やかな色彩と半具象的な表現によって、記憶の曖昧さや感情の痕跡を画面上に留めるように描いている。喪失の記憶だけでなく、共に過ごした時間への愛情や温度が静かに内包されている。出会った動物たちと過ごした記憶や、その時に自身が感じていたことなど、消えてほしくないものを絵の中に残していくことを軸に制作を行っている。鑑賞者の記憶や感情に静かに寄り添い、作品を通して小さな愛情の感覚が生まれることを願っている。
