About orders

About orders

To order some products, you will need to register as a member (free of charge).

  1. To order a product, select the size, material, quantity, and other necessary items on the product details page and click Add to Cart.
    Your order will be displayed on the Shopping Cart page.
    Please confirm the items you wish to purchase and click Proceed to Checkout. If you wish to remove an item from your shopping cart, click Delete.

Confirming your order

Once your order is complete, we will send a confirmation email to your registered email address. (Automatically sent) After checking stock availability, we will send you an order confirmation email within two days of your order.
If you choose to pay by bank transfer, we will send you the bank account information via email after you place your order.
If you do not receive an email, it may be that your order was not sent correctly or that your email address is incorrect.
Please check your registered email address and check your Purchase History on your My Page.
If you receive two order confirmation emails with the same content, it is possible that your order has been duplicated. Please contact us using the Inquiries form.

Changing or cancelling your order

About delivery and shipping charges

About delivery companies, delivery methods and distribution areas

To order some products, you will need to register as a member (free of charge).

Delivery is handled by Sagawa Express.
Delivery is limited to within Japan.
*If you would like to have your order shipped overseas, please contact us by email.

Delivery days and date/time specifications

Once you place your order, your order will be delivered in approximately 4-8 days (delivery times may vary depending on your delivery address). Made-to-order items may take 2-6 weeks.
In some cases, the Made to Order label may not be displayed. If you are in a hurry, please contact us via CONTACT. If delivery will take some time, we will contact you by email.
*We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

Please note that delays may occur for the following:

  • Traffic conditions and bad weather
  • Golden Week and New Year's period
  • Delivery to Hokkaido, Kyushu, Okinawa, and some remote islands

*If we are unable to deliver as specified, we will contact you by email.
*For some areas, it may not be possible to specify a delivery time.

About shipping fees

Shipping fees vary depending on the product.

Change of delivery address and delivery status

To change the delivery address, please contact customer service or Sagawa Express directly.
*We may not be able to accommodate your request due to preparations for shipping, etc.

You can check the delivery status of your product through the inquiry system of each shipping company.
You can also check your order history on your My Page.
Once the shipping process is complete, we will send you an email informing you that your order has been shipped.

Regarding long-term absence and refusal to receive delivery

The delivery period is one week from the date of delivery.
We do not accept returns due to long-term absence or refusal to accept the item.

If you are unable to receive your order after completing it due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us. If you are absent for an extended period of time or decline to receive the product due to personal reasons, we may restrict your use of the site. Returned products will be handled at our discretion.

Payment can be made using your Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Shop Pay account. This makes purchasing easy, as there's no need to enter your address or credit card information. Please note that we cannot accept date-specific delivery requests when using Apple Pay or Google Pay.

About receipts

Please use the credit card statement issued by your card company.
If you would like a separate receipt, please request it by email and we will mail it to you one week after the product is delivered.

Returns Policy

Returns and Exchanges

If the delivered product is defective or different from the product you ordered, we will accept returns or exchanges. Please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving the product and we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product, including the return address.
We cannot accept returns for reasons of customer convenience (such as the product being different from what you expected).

*We will cover the shipping costs for returns and exchanges due to defective products or incorrect deliveries.

Please be sure to return any documents (delivery note, etc.) that were included with the product when it arrived.
The replacement product will be shipped once the returned product has arrived and been inspected, and once the replacement product is ready.

Please note that if we are unable to exchange the product due to stock shortages, we will provide a refund.

Refund Policy

If the product is returned due to reasons attributable to us or the delivery company, such as the product being damaged upon arrival, we will refund the product price, shipping fee, and COD fee.

We will handle this by changing the payment amount through your credit card company.
If the charge has already been confirmed on the closing date of your credit card, the charge will be deducted once and then offset or refunded the following month.

If you paid by cash on delivery, the refund will be made by bank transfer to your bank account.
*Only the product price will be refunded, and cash on delivery fees will not be refunded.

Returns and exchanges cannot be accepted in the following cases:

Artworks are handmade by artists, so there may be slight variations in color and design.
The uneven coloring and small stains that occur during production are not defects but rather characteristics unique to handmade products.
