AND COLLECTION Contemporary Art is pleased to announce the
We will be holding ASUKA ZEN's solo exhibition "The Color of Life."
ASUKA ZEN has focused on the laws of nature, expressing each of the "values of life" through "blessed water, ocean waves, lush greenery, flowing rivers, quiet rain, sunlight filtering through forest trees, and moonlight," creating many works that pose essential questions to the viewer.
The theme of this solo exhibition is "The Color of Life," and the artist smashes through his past reflected in the mirror, likening the water and trees that spring forth and are released from the cracks to his new self, sublimating them into his artwork.
The work suggests to viewers to unleash the infinite colors that exist within their hearts and to respect their own senses and will.
The life of a plant can sometimes be fleeting, but the vitality of such plants has a charm that can support the hearts of people who are feeling down.
If you look down, the light will not reach you and your growth will stop. This work conveys the value of living a strong life, seeking a place where the light will reach forever.
This exhibition also features a number of collaborative works with Yuko Bito, an active Green Artist.
