AND COLLECTION Contemporary Art is pleased to present the group exhibition "Three Perspectives."

This is a group exhibition featuring three artists with different backgrounds and expressive methods, each with their own unique personalities. The three distinct personalities come together in one exhibition space, and the works resonate with each other, bringing about new realizations and awareness.

Uchida Wataru uses paint and three-dimensional sculptures to express, with a sharp perspective, sometimes ironic and sometimes cute, ordinary scenes that are fading from memory.

Yuji Takahashi is a rare storyteller painter and has also attracted attention as a picture book author for his multifaceted, soft style using sand.

Nohara Hitoshi focuses on the Japanese landscape, which values harmony and where various styles such as modern architecture, temples, shrines, and Showa-era architecture coexist, and expresses mash-up culture with his own unique interpretation.

As viewers move between the diverse range of works, they will be able to connect the emotions they feel from each perspective with their own memories and feelings, and through reflection, discover new creativity.

Please come to the venue and enjoy the moment when different worldviews resonate with each other and the experience of encountering new perspectives that arise from this intersection.

内田 亘

Born in Mie Prefecture in 1989. Graduated with a Master's degree in Design from the Tokyo University of the Arts Graduate School. Though highly skilled, she intentionally seals away those highly skilled techniques, transforming ordinary moments that seem to slip away from memory into paint and three-dimensional sculptures with an ironic gaze and a light, cute feel, gently questioning the importance of the small values and sensations of everyday life.

高橋 祐次のポートレート
高橋 祐次

Born in Aichi Prefecture in 1993. Graduated with a Master's degree in Design from the Graduate School of Fine Arts, Tokyo University of the Arts. He is a rare storyteller painter who freely depicts inanimate objects such as buildings and vehicles as if they were living creatures, and his depictions unfold like scenes from a story. He has also attracted attention as a picture book author for his multifaceted, soft style using sand.
