Born in New Jersey, USA, he studied at Parsons School of Design and worked as a graphic designer. He is an American artist based in New York who explores luxury and prestige through mixed media and collage. Influenced by Andy Warhol and Robert Rauschenberg, he humorously combines pop icons of the past with prints, paint, and fluorescent tubes. He creates a base for his canvases by layering several layers of brown paper, then molds the outlines and paints a colored background. He then alternates between paint and scraps of old magazines, scraping away parts of the layers to modify the image, and then adds resin and neon to evoke a vintage quality. He is an artist who incorporates pop art aesthetics with a flexible perspective, creating his own unique genre known as folk pop. He is active internationally and has a wide audience of collectors, including global companies such as Coca-Cola, adidas, Nike, and Bank of America.
